Reiki, a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice, has emerged as a valuable tool in supporting a person in palliative care and their loved ones. This ancient practice provides a calming presence, alleviates physical discomfort, reduces anxiety, and supports emotional and spiritual well-being, making it a meaningful complement to palliative care. Palliative Reiki works alongside hospice teams, end-of-life doulas, and family.
